Ten directions.
Pick the one that lands.

All ten are built from the locked type system — Fraunces, ink type, ivory or ink grounds. No symbols, no icons, no decoration. Each is a different posture: where one says editorial, another says operator, another says house. Live with them. The right one will quiet.

Round 02 · Symbol exploration6 marks · AI moodboard

Six symbol directions
to pair with the wordmark.

An executive advisory mark usually isn't a symbol replacing a wordmark — it's a symbol pairing with one. Toteme, Brunswick, Bridgewater all skip symbols entirely; Loewe uses the L emblem alongside the Loewe wordmark. These six are AI-generated raster moodboards exploring directions she could react to. The one she picks would be redrawn as clean SVG before production.

Format · Raster PNG · Not production assets

  1. Symbol concept: Arch
    01

    Arch

    Strategic foundation. Architecture as metaphor.

Classical arch, single hairline. Cleanest of the six.

  2. Symbol concept: Olive branch
    02

    Olive branch

    Heritage, wisdom, calm authority.

Single fine line. Reads as timeless but could feel religious.

  3. Symbol concept: Knot
    03

    Knot

    Coordination. Binding what was separate.

Two strokes interlocked. Loewe-coded; suggests her actual work.

  4. Symbol concept: Column
    04

    Column

    Foundation, support, classical authority.

Minimal column with simple capital. Risk: reads old-world law firm.

  5. Symbol concept: Sun seal
    05

    Sun seal

    Heritage, energy, terracotta-signature.

Off-register risk — reads more spiritual than executive. Brand colour locks but the form feels ethnic/folk, not Scandi-editorial. Cut candidate.

  6. Symbol concept: Compass star
    06

    Compass star

    Direction, navigation, north star.

Eight-point heraldic. Reads as a real mark; pairs strong with stacked / mononym wordmarks.

Honest note

These are raster PNGs from a generative model, not vector files. They're the moodboard — pick a directionshe resonates with, and I'll redraw it in clean SVG by hand for production use. If none land, that's also a result: it means the brand wants to live as wordmark-only, like Toteme.

My pick from the six

03 — Knot. The metaphor matches her actual work (binding what was separate). Pairs strongest with wordmark 01 (mid-dot).

Next

Pick a wordmark. Pick a monogram. Optionally pick a symbol. The lockup can use any combination — the wordmark goes on letterhead and the site nav, the monogram goes on favicons and avatars, the symbol (if any) pairs alongside.
