Privacy Policy

Who is responsible This site is operated by Noam Yossef, an independent organisational psychologist and strategic advisor based in Tel Aviv, Israel ("I", "me"). I am the data controller. You can reach me at info@noamyossef.com.

What I collect, and why I only collect what you give me or what is needed to run the site safely.

• When you use the contact form: your name, work email, and — if you provide them — company, role, the nature of your brief, and your message. I also record your consent and the time you gave it. Why: to read your enquiry and reply to you.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, optionally your name, and your language. Why: to send you the occasional note you asked for.
• Technical data, automatically: the page you came from, the page you submitted from, any campaign tag (UTM) on the link you arrived through, your browser type, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the raw IP). Why: security, abuse-prevention, and understanding which channels bring genuine enquiries.
• Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous, aggregated usage via Google Analytics — see the Cookie Policy. This does not run until you accept cookies.
• When you book a call: scheduling is handled by Cal.com; the name, email and time you enter there are processed by Cal.com under their own terms.

I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis Under the GDPR I rely on: your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies, and submitting the contact form); and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, keeping the site secure, and preventing abuse. Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, processing is based on your consent and on the legitimate operation of the service.

Who else processes it - Resend (email delivery) — sends the confirmation, notification and newsletter emails. It processes the recipient address and message content. - Google Analytics (Google) — only after you consent to cookies. - Cal.com — only if you book a call. - Hosting — the site and its database run on a dedicated server in the European Union (Germany). Your enquiry and subscriber data are stored there, not with a third-party marketing platform.

How long I keep it - Enquiries: for as long as there is a realistic prospect of working together, and a reasonable period after, then deleted. - Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email). - Hashed IP / technical logs: a short period for security, then rotated out.

Your rights You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, or to object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@noamyossef.com and I will action it promptly — the site has built-in tools to export or erase your record on request. You also have the right to complain to a regulator: in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU, your local data-protection authority.

Security Data is stored on an access-controlled EU server with database access restricted to the local machine, encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed IPs, and no raw payment data (the site takes no payments).

Children This site is aimed at organisations and professionals, not children, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
